Hippo Box tries its best to bring high-quality products, in case of the following condition Hippo Box replaces or returns money to the customer.
1. if the product is faulty Hippo box accepts exchanges of the product within 1 week. The customer has to provide video proof of product fault.
2. If the Customer believes that the product he/she delivered is different from the product they order. Hippo Box will accept returns and change products.
3. If Customer Believes that product is not in good quality as shown on online store. Hippo Box accetp returns and refunds money to the customer.
